Tuesday, October 18th was a dark day for Canada. The Liberal government presented Bill 16 – The Transgender Bill, to parliament for second reading. The Bill passed 248 – 40 with less than half of the Conservative members opposing the change to the criminal code. Upon enactment, males will be admitted to all female spaces and positions under the power of law. Any man who says he has an inner feeling of being female will be admitted into girl’s showers, change rooms and bathrooms. No certification or operation required.

Since this proposed law changes the criminal code of Canada, anyone who opposes a man in a female space will be subject to imprisonment for up to 2 years.

We, the undersigned, believe that Bill 16 is a dangerous bill that will put our children in danger due to sexual predators that could use this legislation as a an excuse to enter sex specific spaces.
